TR series Thrust Restraint are large diameter steel springs open type between the two cups. Assembly incorporates dual (Steel & Elastomer) washers for uniform load distribution. Springs have a 50% additional travel to solid load as per the ASHRAE recommendations. Thrust Restraints are recommended for all Axial & Centrifugal Fans when the air thrust is more than 10% of the Fan weight.
